Odebunmi Ayomide Oluwasegun , also known as “Airboy” is a fast rising Nigerian recording aritst, song writer and a performing artist. The name Airboy rings bells throughout the Nigerian music industry. With his debut hit “Ayepo” in 2017, Airboy has consistantly delivered a unique sound that his fans have grown to love. His diverse collection of singles and sound have caught the attention of several heavy hitters in the music industry, including a remix to his hit “AyePo” with Burna Boy, solidifying another hit under his belt.

The young and rising star was born on 20th November, 1997 to the family of Mr Akin and Mrs Abosede Odebunmi, natives of Omu Ekiti. He went full time into the music industry in 2014, his genre being Afro Pop and Rn’B with a little infusion of Fuji. The name 'AIRBOY' was inspired by people’s comments on his songs, most of which was that, his songs are like a breath of fresh air.



Airboy was signed to Aquila Records in 2016. In the same year, he released hit singles under the label including: #Ayepo #Showcase #NawoNawo #Leso and many others. His debut release under the record label #Dance received rave reviews including hitting Top Ten on Apple Ghana Charts. He dropped #Koko in 2021 which topped the boomplay top 5 charts for 3 weeks. AIRBOY aims to inspire the youth by showing them their dreams are valid and can be reality with hard work and dedication.
