 The band was formed in June 2017 by its first members Dwin The Stoic, Ruka, and Lamide. In March 2018, the band released their first official single "Braveheart", the track was featured on Dwin The Stoic's debut album "Heavy Heart" which was released to numerous positive vibes. In June 2019, the band released the first single off their planned debut album. The song, titled "Alien at Home" was released with a music video directed by LexAsh. The last single from
the album - "Free" - was released in April 2020.

Following the exit of one of the members, the band announced the album title and release date in July 2020. Their debut album "The Cost of Our Lives" was released on the 14th of August, 2020 and has since garnered many positive reviews, with one particular review calling it the best Nigerian Album of the year.
