The popular  Nigerian delicacy made out of yam flour or cassava flour, it is difficult to visit any of the local bukkas in cities like Ibadan and Lagos without finding the meal on the menu.       The great thing about Amala is that it is quick and easy to prepare, but when not prepared well, be ready to eat your Amala with lumps inside it and trust me you don't want that for your tummy. It is usually  eaten alongside soups such as ewedu , gbegiri , okra and more, it is lightweight and makes for an easy swallow down the throat.  1) Amala Shitta Surulere Surulere no dey carry last!! If you find yourself around Shita “Small London”, then you need to try out our Amala before leaving our area code. Highly recommend with a chilled bottle of coke to step down the fun. It's a great spot to unwind with friends and elevate your taste buds to the other level
