Nigerian Afro fusion Artiste UWA Set to Drop New Single “Tic Toc”

Nigerian Afro fusion artiste UWA is ready to make waves again with the release of his latest single, “Tic Toc”, set to drop this Friday across all major streaming platforms.


Produced by the dynamic production duo Kbeats and Xrmani, “Tic Toc” is a smooth and rhythmic blend of Afro fusion, Afro R&B, and Afro swing. The track fuses bouncing percussion with soulful melodies and emotionally raw lyricism. UWA reflects on the theme of time and emotional timing in relationships speaking to moments of hesitation, longing, and the push-and-pull between love and vulnerability.


Speaking about the track, UWA shares:


"‘Tic Toc’ is about that mental countdown we all feel when emotions are high. It's that moment when you’re waiting for a sign… wondering if it’s time to move, to speak, or to let go. I wanted the sound to carry that tension, but still stay vibe-heavy and easy to play on repeat."
